We have created a unique concept in the remodeling/home improvement industry – Specialization. Each department has craftsmen that do the same task everyday. Every job is different but a window installer – installs windows, a roofing tech – roofs, carpenters work in the Design/Build department or they remodel kitchens and baths. Would you want to have a roofer install tile floor? Or a window installer put on your roof?
Given the number of employees we have, in the field and in the office, we have hundreds of years of experience to help you get your project completed right the first time. Anyone estimating a Kaz Companies project has swung a hammer and that experience shows when we give you the price; it doesn’t change unless you add to the project. If we ever come across a situation that is different, someone in the company probably has some experience with it.
Customer Care
We are always here for you. Call during business hours 8:00am-4:30pm and the phone is answered by a real person, someone looking to help you. The reason we have been able to create the specialization is because we care. Project Developers come to your home with one thing in mind – to help. Help educate you, help design, help you make the right decision on your contractor. Our Design Center is available in order to help you with selection and design. Our Project Coordinators and field team members have the task to make sure your experience is pleasurable.
Warranty
No one in this industry has a warranty that can match the Kaz Companies “Peace of Mind” Warranty (Ask your Project Developer for more information). Not only do we warranty our labor, but more importantly we back it up. If you call with an issue, we address it within 72 hours – that’s our 72 hour repair pledge. It may not be able to be fixed, but a plan is in action. No need to hunt us down.
